Oakridge biz park is ‘Destination of the Year’

CEBU, Philippines — Oakridge Business Park is this year’s “Destination of the Year” awardee in the recently concluded “Gawad Linaw Awards” of the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI).

Oakridge Business Park was cited for its contribution to the economy of Mandaue for being “a destination where business and leisure thrive in an environment that is dynamic and exciting.”

Oakridge Business Park is a distinct business address located along A.S. Fortuna Street, Mandaue City.

The four-hectare Oakridge Business Park includes office spaces at the Oakridge IT Centers 1 and 2; office and commercial spaces at Block 88; and food and retail establishments at Oak Tree Drive 1 and 2 catering to the discerning clientele.

Next year, Oakridge will add another 14,000 square meters of leasable space with the opening of the Oakridge IT Center 3 slated by the second quarter of 2019.

Last July, Oakridge launched the Oakridge Executive Club, providing a place for executives of Oakridge locators, consisting mostly of small to medium businesses, to conduct their meetings in “comfort, convenience and class” without having to leave the business park.

Besides catering to the tenants, the lounge, which opens from 7 am to 11pm, is also open to the public for a P1,000 consumable cover charge billed to walk-in guests.

In addition, Oakridge caters to two large-scale event venues: the Oakridge Pavilion, a 1,200- square meter premier event location featuring ivory-hued draping, carpeting and glass-enclosed foyer; and the 400-seater Oakridge Horizons that features floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering a panoramic view of the city.
