A Hawaiian-Themed subdivision

A Hawaiian tropical-inspired middle- to high-income exclusive subdivision has recently opened in Minglanilla town. The whole development will be limited to only 55 homes. It is primarily composed of single-detached and single-attached units, translating to exclusivity and privacy for its residents.

The subdivision is called Luana Dos, “luana” being a Hawaiian word for “hayahay” in Cebuano. It’s the second project of PrimeHomes Development Corporation in its “Luana” series.

Mr. Benny Que, president and CEO of PrimeHomes, says that the company leads in “the trend of having a car port for economic housing.” He adds that all “Luana” subdivisions will have a swimming pool, basketball court, lush greenery, and community area where residents will have the chance to mingle with one another.
