Resolutions: New Year 2007
January 1, 2007 | 12:00am
Resolutions. Why do we do it? Every start of the year, we always decide to have proper planning and organization and then we find ourselves having a festive start. Sounds good, doesn't it? I'd truly like to wish everyone a fantastic New Year 2007 ahead!
Kristine Hermosa: My New Year resolution is the same one as last year's since it hasn't exactly been fulfilled. It is to lessen my shopping expenses and focus more on the necessary ones. I won't stop having the same New Year's resolution until I can finally get to discipline myself.
Sarah Stucki: My New Year resolution is to visit and introduce my boyfriend to the people I care about because I have learned that when you keep postponing, chances are big that it might be too late. I am saying this because of the recent passing away of my uncle.
Charito Aberasturi: I have a wish that Mr. Bush will change course in Iraq for the better welfare of our soldiers and all people concerned.
Jo Swigert: I only hope that 2007 brings a lasting peace in the Middle East and Northern Ireland.
Jenifer Martinez: I really don't have any resolutions set for the next year, but if I did, it will definitely be to give our little bundle a lovely start in his/her life. Apart from that, my husband and I are looking forward to the years ahead.
Marell Quijano: My goals for 2007 are to eat healthy and exercise, spend less money and advance my profession in my field of work
Trina Molina: My New Year resolution is to be more organized especially since I spend half the time looking for things, and it can be stressful! As my Mom always says "return things in their proper places right after use". I think that this is always the best way!
Nina Monique Fernandez: 2007 will be the year wherein all preparations will have to be made before I can finally settle down. I will have to be more domesticated so that will most probably be what I resolve to do for the upcoming year. It's not much but it will most certainly be what my fiancee and I will be occupied with the whole year through.
Valeza de Vera: It is a New Year, a new beginning and a fresh new start for each and every one of us. I would start with it as the same person as I was in a different year with bigger ambitions and achievements I want for myself and for my future. To make this year a better year then it was from last year, to set my goals in place and be happy all year around.
Rhoda Wani: We often believe that the New Year ushers in fresh beginnings, and because of this, we draft out lists of resolutions we would like to realize in the coming year. I actually only have two seemingly simple but actually are difficult resolutions. One, in everything that I do, I will not procrastinate, and two, whatever happens, I will try my very best to stick to this resolution.
