JAC Stallion gallops away

MANILA, Philippines - Nowadays there is a great need for a powerful yet economical pickup truck. Enter the JAC Stallion! The Stallion boasts of low fuel consumption yet comes with a powerful 2.8-liter HFC4DA1-1 turbo intercooler diesel engine that passes Euro II emissions standards.

Though the Stallion is a macho looking and powerful vehicle, the double cab interiors are plush and boasts of all-power features for the windows and the side mirrors, the latter of which are electronically four-way adjustable while the rearview mirror is an electronic anti-dazzle mirror. Of course safety is also a number one concern for JAC so the Stallion comes equipped with SABS airbags. The doors have intelligent central locking systems that also have a child safety lock. Entertainment is via digital AM/FM radio with CD player. The steering has an anti-bump energy-absorbing bearing tube and is power-assisted. Braking is handled by a dual-circuit front disc/rear drum hydraulic braking system with ABS. The headlights are dual crystal for maximum visibility during night drives. For smoother commutes the front suspension is a front double swing arm torsion bar that also has a spiral spring independent suspension. The rear is a steer spring suspension system to handle the loads for the cargo bed. Transmission is a 5-speed manual. The Stallion can handle loads up to 500 kgs.
