The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Security Banking Corp. (Security Bank) has introduced BusinessPLUS Account, designed to meet the needs of growing businesses.

The BusinessPLUS Account offers businesses convenience through DigiBanker, Security Bank’s exclusive online banking facility for business, which comes with full transaction and cash management features, payroll-disbursement facility inclusive of 10 free payroll accounts, and an eGOV module to process employees’ BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG remittances.

Like other business accounts, BusinessPLUS provides a checkbook and a passbook for account holders.

But, BusinessPLUS MasterCard debit card, a first of its kind, allows businesses to manage expenses in a more efficient way. Each account comes with up to five cards with customizable limits that can transact in thousands of automated teller machines (ATMs) and point-of-sale (POS) terminals here and abroad while enjoying exclusive discounts and privileges at partner merchants and establishments.

Recognizing the diverse needs of businesses, account holders can customize their account by adding features such as CheckRight for automated check cutting, POS terminals, CheckProtector and additional payroll accounts.

Additionally, BusinessPLUS account holders are offered preferential rates on loans, foreign exchange, and investment products.

All these are available in just one bank account. The opening balance for BusinessPLUS is only P5,000 with a minimum maintaining balance of P100,000 in an interest earning account. The minimum balance is waived for the first three months.
