Philamlife has another chairman

MANILA, Philippines – The American International Assurance Co. Ltd. (AIA) has named Rodney O. Martin Jr. as chairman of AIA vice Edmund Tse, who retired effective May.
Tse, however, will still remain non-executive chairman of both Nan Shan and the Philippine American Life and General Insurance Co. (Philamlife).
Mark Wilson was named AIA president and chief executive officer.
AIA completed legal restructuring end February to bring the various AIA entities in the Asia Pacific region from the American International Group (AIG) to form the AIA group.
