MANILA, Philippines — Rockwell Land Corp. has partnered with Pag-IBIG Fund to offer homes across different price segments, including premium residences under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (Expanded 4PH) program.

“We’re grateful to Pag-IBIG Fund for this partnership and the opportunity to bring the Rockwell experience to more Filipinos,” Rockwell Land president and COO Valerie Soliven said.

“We’ve spent more than 30 years creating homes and we look forward to making that experience accessible to more families through this collaboration. We are excited to meet them at the National Housing Expo,” she said.

Under the memorandum of understanding signed on Oct. 13, Rockwell will identify participating projects and available units, including ready-for-occupancy properties and offer preferential pricing and other incentives to qualified Pag-IBIG Fund members.

Pag-IBIG Fund, in turn, will provide housing financing, loan counseling and assistance to help members make informed homeownership decisions.

Rockwell will also offer affordable housing.

The agreement initially covers Stonewell Acacia Homes and Stonewell Mahogany Homes in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, both of which are now accredited by Pag-IBIG Fund.

Pag-IBIG Fund said accreditation is being sought for two Lipa, Batangas developments, such as Stonewell Molave Homes, which offers house-and-lot units priced from P950,000 and Terreno South, Rockwell’s first upscale gated community in the city, offering residential lots for P4 million to P7 million.

In San Antonio, Quezon, Rockwell is also seeking accreditation for Anahaw Homes, where finished house-and-lot units start at P2 million.

The developer is likewise pursuing accreditation for several upscale developments, including The Grove in Pasig, The Arton in Quezon City, Fordham and Larsen Towers in Sucat, Muntinlupa and BenCab in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary and Pag-IBIG chairman Jose Ramon Aliling said the participation of established property developers reflects confidence in the government’s housing program.

“They recognize that by working with DHSUD and Pag-IBIG Fund, we can help more Filipino workers afford quality homes while creating greater opportunities for the housing industry. Rockwell’s participation reflects this growing confidence and shared commitment,” Aliling said.

Meanwhile, Pag-IBIG Fund CEO Marilene Acosta said the team-up opens more homeownership opportunities across different income levels.

“For many of our members, owning a Rockwell home is an aspiration. What makes this partnership especially meaningful is that Rockwell is bringing forward choices for different budgets, from affordable homes to premium residences,” Acosta said.

Pag-IBIG’s housing loan ceiling was recently raised to P10 million with promotional rates of 4.5 percent and 5.75 percent, fixed for the first three years, available until Dec. 31, 2026.

Promotional interest rates of 4.5 percent apply to loans above the socialized housing ceiling and up to P4.9 million, while 5.75 percent apply to loans above P4.9 million and up to P10 million.
