PhilWeb enters game content distribution

Richmond Mercurio - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — PhilWeb Corp. is venturing into the game content distribution and aggregation business following its recent business-to-business accreditation under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. framework.

PhilWeb said the move marks a strategic expansion of its role within the country’s regulated gaming ecosystem.

Under the initiative, PhilWeb said it is establishing relationships with global gaming content providers, while simultaneously building a content aggregation layer that enables licensed operators to access a broad portfolio of compliant gaming content through a unified platform interface.

The company is also integrating content from a wide range of global studios through aggregation arrangements.

According to PhilWeb, the initial launch is expected to include PT Gaming and NUSTAR Online.

PhilWeb said PT Gaming brings strong online reach and entertainment relevance, while NUSTAR Online contributes established brand equity and a premium customer base.

Together, the initial launch is seen to demonstrate the flexibility of the company’s content distribution and aggregation model across both online-native and resort-linked channels.

“This initiative represents a natural extension of our platform strategy. By combining content distribution and aggregation capabilities, we are enhancing our ability to support operators with a more comprehensive and integrated offering within a regulated framework,” PhilWeb president Brian Ng said.
