BPI unveils anniversary loan promos

MANILA, Philippines — Ayala-led Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is marking its 174th anniversary with a suite of retail loan promos aimed at making milestone purchases more accessible to Filipinos.
Dexter Cuajotor, head of retail loans and bancassurance at BPI, said the listed bank is building momentum toward its 175th year by offering smarter and more affordable retail loan solutions.
“In our 174th year, we’re not just looking back at our legacy — we’re focused on how we continue to help Filipinos move forward,” Cuajotor said.
“Our retail loans are more than just financial products — they are trusted enablers of progress. Designed with care and our clients in mind, they are fast, flexible and built to support every step of your journey.”
To commemorate the milestone, BPI unveiled anniversary specials for its auto loan, housing loan and motorcycle loan products. These include discounted rates, waived bank fees and free insurance packages.
Auto loan clients can enjoy free bank fees and motor insurance of up to P50,000, while housing loan borrowers are offered a fixed 6.5 percent rate for five years and waived bank fees of up to P8,000 per P1 million loan. Motorcycle borrowers, meanwhile, can receive rebates and free accident insurance.
BPI also launched the Dream on Us Grand Raffle Promo, giving retail loan clients the chance to win up to P3 million to pay off their loan balances. Borrowers who avail themselves of their loan online may also receive e-gift certificates worth P8,000 for auto and housing loans and P800 for motorcycle loans.
On top of this, clients can access exclusive partner discounts under BPI’s myExclusives program. These include up to P60,000 discounts on select car models, property discounts of up to 32 percent with partner developers such as Ayala Land, DMCI Homes, Shang Properties and SM Development Corp.
It also includes motorcycle discounts of up to P2,000 for Kawasaki and Suzuki brands.
“Whether it’s a first car, a dream home, or simply greater independence, we’re here to make it happen,” Cuajotor said. “As we celebrate 174 years of service, we reaffirm our role in helping Filipinos turn their goals into reality — responsibly, reliably and with heart toward doing more.”
