MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has joined forces with the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA) to elevate retirement living in the country.

The collaboration is aimed at providing PRA retiree-members with quality and diverse accommodation options to enhance their retirement experience in the country.

“We really believe in the reach of the Philippine Retirement Authority that’s why we extend our support by offering this special discount for retirees and their employees not just for daily stays but even for long-staying guests to which we offer better packages,” Robinsons Hotels and Resorts (RHR) senior vice president and business unit general manager Barun Jolly said.

Under the agreement, RHR will offer exclusive benefits and privileges to foreign retirees holding special resident retiree’s visa issued by the PRA.

RLC said PRA retiree-members would enjoy special rates and access to affordable services from Summit Hotel General Santos, Summit Hotels and Resorts (Greenhills, Magnolia, Naga, Tagaytay, Cebu and Tacloban), Go Hotels PLUS (Mandaluyong, Naga, Tuguegarao) and GO Hotels (Otis-Manila, Ortigas Center, Puerto Princesa, Bacolod, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Tacloban, Butuan, Iligan and Lanang-Davao).

According to RLC, PRA retiree-members will get to enjoy a 15-percent off prevailing best available rate for a minimum of 30 days.

RLC said the partnership with the PRA signifies the commitment of both parties to promote the Philippines as a premier retirement destination.

By providing PRA retiree-members with access to exclusive benefits and privileges, the partnership targets to elevate the country’s retirement living standards and give foreign retirees more reasons to live in the Philippines.
