MANILA, Philippines — Globe Telecom Inc.’s multi-channel messaging platform m360 is eyeing to create a global presence to support communications worldwide.
Globe said m360 now enables businesses in the Philippines to send SMS to over 230 countries worldwide.

m360 delivers best-in-class digital app-to-person messaging products that amplify customer experience and seamless communications.
It covers all aspects of SMS wholesale business, including over-the-top media services such as Viber for Business, Facebook Messenger, and soon, Whats-App, Business RCS, chatbots, and other digital messaging solutions.
The platform also allows personalized customer experience via targeted messages. Messages can be tailored to the target customer base through digital analytics.
By powering enterprises with multichannel solutions that can reach a wider audience, Globe said m360 could help improve brand awareness and customer service and increase sales locally and abroad.
