PSA, Pilipinas Teleserv partner for online services

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has partnered with BPO service provider Pilipinas Teleserv for the expansion of its online services for the issuance of civil registry documents.

Through the use of the online platform PSAHelpline.ph, clients may request and pay for copies of their PSA-issued documents for delivery.

These include documents such as certificates of live birth, marriage, death and no marriage record.

“This renewed partnership with Pilipinas Teleserv marks the PSA’s strong commitment in making our civil registration services more efficient and accessible through online transactions and digital payment systems.,” said Mapa.

“This online facility is ultimately for the convenience and safety of our clients given the pandemic.”

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Pilipinas Teleserv pledged to strengthen security measures and data privacy mechanisms for the online platform for the protection of its users.

The PSA partnered with PayMaya for payments for copies of civil registry documents in its service outlets nationwide.
