Training program to boost workplace productivity

MANILA, Philippines — Organizations face challenges every day such as missed targets, lost time, rejects and wastage, to name a few. With these happening, desired output is not always achieved. To aid firms enhance productivity, the Center for Global Best Practices is hosting a special training titled “Productivity Tools in the Workplace” on Feb. 19 and 20, 2020 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom, Resorts World Complex, Pasay City.

This two-day program is designed to provide you with an arsenal of management tools and concepts that will enable you to work more effectively and efficiently in the workplace. In this training, participants will learn the tools are practical, time-proven and used by leading global organizations. Attendees will gain valuable knowledge in the fields of productivity, planning, quality and problem-solving, in a language spoken and best practiced by world-class organizations. 

This program will feature Dene Hurtado, the lead trainer and managing director of Total Performance Management at the Center for Global Best Practices. His Performa Training System has been tested and proven to be effective in helping many companies across different industries in Southeast Asia with excellent results in achieving productivity and growth. His Total Performance Management program was developed and honed from over nine years with IMPAC Ltd. USA – the world’s leading productivity improvement organization, handling over 50 client companies in Asia, helping them reduce operating costs in excess of $300 million. He took his management education at the Ateneo de Manila-Graduate School of Business, Asian Institute of Management and Harvard Business School.

Registration is open to the general public and is highly recommended for business owners, managers, supervisors, HR practitioners, professionals, rank-and-file employees, front liners of all industries and anyone who would like to achieve peak performance in their organization. Public officials and government employees attending this training can earn points and are exempted from the P2,000-limit set by COA based on the Department of Budget and Management Circular 563 issued on April 22, 2016.
