Guide to valid job contracting

MANILA, Philippines — Job contracting or outsourcing of work is a legitimate scheme for employers, business owners and agencies to save on costs. It is perfectly legal, valid and is not prohibited, if it is done in accordance with the law and DOLE regulations.
