Guide to valid job contracting

MANILA, Philippines — Job contracting or outsourcing of work is a legitimate scheme for employers, business owners and agencies to save on costs. It is perfectly legal, valid and is not prohibited, if it is done in accordance with the law and DOLE regulations. To educate business owners, employers, service contractors and HR practitioners to align their contracts with the labor laws, the Center for Global Best Practices will host a training titled, “Best Practices Guide to Valid Job Contracting and Subcontracting” on Sept. 12, 2019 at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City.
