MANILA, Philippines — Megaworld Corp. is turning over P30 billion worth of residential projects in Fort Bonifacio this year.

Megaworld has around 2,300 residential units from five condominium developments in its three Fort townships worth P30 billion that will be turned over to owners within the year.

These developments are The Florence Tower 1, Viceroy East Tower and The Venice – Giovanni Tower in McKinley Hill; St. Moritz Private Estate in McKinley West; One Uptown Residence and Uptown Ritz in Uptown Bonifacio.

Megaworld senior vice president for sales and marketing Noli Hernandez said the projects comprise the company’s biggest inventory for turnover in the central business district.

Viceroy East Tower, The Florence and the Venice Luxury Residences boast of strategic location surrounding the iconic Venice Grand Canal in McKinley Hill.

The three residential developments are also within walking distance from educational institutions such as Enderun, Chinese International School and Korean International School.

It is also in close proximity to several office towers where companies like United Health Group, Wells Fargo, Samsung, Abbott and Concentrix hold their operations.

One Uptown Residence and Uptown Ritz, on the other hand, are strategically linked to Uptown Mall and Uptown Parade in the vibrant district of Uptown Bonifacio.

Megaworld is the largest single landholder and developer in Fort Bonifacio with four integrated urban townships covering a total of 107 hectares, namely, McKinley Hill, McKinley West, Uptown Bonifacio and Forbes Town.

In the nine months of 2017, Megaworld posted a net income of P10.34 billion, up 12 percent as consolidated revenues rose five percent to P37.1-billion.

Megaworld senior vice president and treasurer Francis Canuto said the company’s rental business remains a major contributor to growth and would be even stronger in the coming years as the company completes more office and commercial buildings and malls.

Megaworld has a roster of at least 22 integrated urban townships and integrated lifestyle communities across the Philippines.
