Decorate with flowers, balloons

MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one day seminar on fresh flower arrangement combined with balloon decoration on March 23, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. This day-long seminar will provide you ideas and right resources to get you started on how to make different flower and balloon decorating designs. With hands-on approach on how to make flower and balloon decoration for children’s parties, for corporate and business events. Sourcing of materials, costing and step by step guidelines on how to start and maintain a flower shop business will be discussed. All materials, handouts for fresh flower and balloons to be used for hands-on experience will be provided including lunch and snacks. A certificate of training will be given to each participant.
