Bartolome is new AFFI president

MANILA, Philippines - Armando ‘Butz’ O. Bartolome, regarded as the Philippine franchising guru, has been elected president of the Association of Filipino Franchisers Inc. (AFFI), the foremost industry group that advocates innovative policies and programs for home-grown franchise concepts.
