3 firms reach accord on IPR

MANILA, Philippines - Herco Trading Inc. president Willy Co announced last Dec. 3 that his company, Snap On Tools Singapore Pte Ltd and Kapman Aktiebolag have reached a mutual understanding in relation to the investigations and search conducted on a Marilao, Bulacan warehouse.

According to him, the parties have reiterated that they are committed towards combating piracy and the protection of Intellectual Property Rights.
