Nestle launches cereal milk drink for health buffs
MANILA, Philippines - With the typically busy lifestyle that people lead today, it is almost impossible to find the time to prepare and consume fiber-rich food like whole wheat, cereals, oats and fruit juices for dietary requirements of weight-loss workouts and fitness routines.
Because of the need to provide these types of food, Nestle came up with Nesvita cereal milk drink (CMD) to provide health buffs with the necessary fiber intake.
“A balanced diet with fiber is the platform for good nutrition, good health and well-being, and we want consumers to know how easy and convenient it is to get it nowadays,” said Trina Jeturian, Nesvita consumer marketing manager. “Whenever they take a break at work or school, they can now make a healthy choice in snacks that makes them feel beautiful inside and out, letting them be at their best for the rest of the day.”
Jeturian said a high fiber diet has many health benefits. It keeps the digestive system healthy and clean by normalizing bowel movement and decreasing constipation. They also linger longer in the stomach, making you feel full for several hours after eating, which may aid weight loss.
“Once you incorporate high fiber in your diet, it won’t take long for your body to start feeling cleaner, lighter, and healthier,” she said.
Jeturian said Nesvita CMD is an ideal way to pack in fiber in the system along with other nutritious food since each sachet contains the equivalent content of a medium size apple.
“It’s convenient, quick-to-open pack makes it easy for you to get your daily fiber requirement anytime,” she said.
Nesvita CMD is available in boxes and sachets, and comes in three flavors—original, chocolate, and sweet corn. Every sachet also provides energy boosters (vitamins B1, B2 and B6) to perk you up in the course of your day, vitamin C to strengthen your immune system, and vitamin A that’s good for the eyes and liver. With fiber, it’s very simple to start feeling good and beautiful inside and out.
