Southlinks unveils retail strip, driving range ahead of 2027 lot turnover

MANILA, Philippines — Southlinks Estate, an upscale community in South Metro, is expanding its offerings with a new retail strip and modern driving range facility, both scheduled to open in 2027, as developer Height Realty Inc. prepares to turn over completed residential lots in January next year.
The new Southlinks Promenade and Golf Range will bring shopping, dining, sports and recreation closer to residents of the 33.6-hectare masterplanned community along Southvale Drive at the Daang Hari–Alabang corridor.
Southlinks Promenade will feature a supermarket and five retail units housed in two single-storey buildings. About 80 percent of its 10,266-square-meter site will be devoted to open spaces.
Meanwhile, Golf Range by Southlinks will offer a 20-bay driving range equipped with TrackMan technology, a putting and chipping area, restaurant, bar and pro shop. The facility also pays tribute to the property’s history as a golf course.
Height Realty president and CEO Kevin Wong said the new facilities reflect the company’s vision of creating a community where convenience, recreation and wellness are part of everyday living.
“Wellness is not just something we see as a trend. It’s the future of how people will live day by day. Our vision is to build a community for families and their well-being,” Wong said.
The estate comprises 336 residential lots, with 40 percent of its land allocated to open spaces. Planned amenities include tennis, pickleball, basketball and badminton courts, swimming pools, a running track and a wellness garden.
During a Southlinks media briefing, property consultant David Leechiu cited the investment potential of residential developments south of Metro Manila, citing the substantial price gap between upscale villages in Alabang and Makati City.
