Unilab unit joining Agrilink trade exhibit

MANILA, Philippines — Univet Nutrition and Animal Healthcare Co. (Unahco), a wholly owned feed and veterinary company of Unilab Inc. will take part in this year’s Agrilink trade exhibit in a bid to support the development of the country’s agriculture and animal industry.

The company is one of the major sponsors of the 2018 Agrilink, Foodlink, and Aqualink trade exhibit set on Oct. 4 to 6 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City organized by the Foundation for Resource Linkage and Development Inc. (FRLD).

Unahco president and chief operating officer Ricardo Alba believes in FRLD’s mission to gather under one roof all agri, food and aqua stakeholders to establish linkages and facilitate information and technology transfer to expedite the growth of the agriculture and animal industries. 

“This is Unahco’s  humble way of helping uplift the agri and animal industries and in supporting the government’s drive to achieve food safety and security for all Filipinos,” Alba said.

Agrilink is a highly effective venue to touch base with crop farmers, animal raisers, farm owners, dealers agrivet store owners, veterinarians, LGUs, among others.

“Through its participation in Agrilink, Unahco, through its business units Pigrolac, Univet and Sarimanok, is able to meet with existing and potential customers and discuss with them its new products and product innovations which are adapted from the latest global trends and technology in farming and animal raising,” Unahco said.

Agrilink is set to feature Pigrolac, Sarimanok and Univet’s “Galing Univet, Galing Univet” campaign which aims to highlight the quality of Univet products, which have earned the trust and continuous patronage of animal raisers.

Unahco is the manufacturer and distributor of animal nutrition and healthcare products Pigrolac, Early Wean, Mamapro, Sarimanok, Vetracin, Jectran, Latigo, Bexan, Bacterid and Apralyte.
