Derby tonite at Elorde's

MANILA, Philippines - A 4-cock derby featuring big time cock breeders will be held tonight at the Elorde Cockpit Stadium on Sucat Road, Parañaque.

Promoted by Elorde Management, the derby offers a guaranteed prize of P300,000 with pot money pegged at P11,000. The handler and the gaffer of the winning entry shall receive P20,000 and P10,000, respectively, with minimum bet at P5,500. Weight limit is from 1.8 to 2.4 kgs.

The derby is hosted by Caloy Salazar. First fight shall start at 7 p.m. Submission of entry is from 6 a.m. to 12 noon.
