Greenfield District unveils first BPO bldg

MANILA, Philippines -  Greenfield Development Corp. has unveiled its first high-rise office building targeted toward business process outsourcing (BPO) locators. Dubbed Quantum, the building is located along Mayflower St. in its masterplanned 15-hectare Greenfield District in Mandaluyong City.

Greenfield general manager and executive vice president Duane A.X. Santos said Quantum fulfills the complete masterplan promise of Greenfield District as a holistic urban community with residential, commercial and office buildings.

“We are confident on the continued exponential growth of the BPO industry. Thus it is important that we provide the best features for the discerning multinational BPO companies,” he said.

Quantum has a number of unique advantages it offers to BPO clients and locators. First is the office building’s prime proximity to major thoroughfares such as EDSA and Shaw Blvd., and accessibility to mass transportation systems like buses, jeepneys and the mass rail transit (MRT).
