Why JVee Casio loves Siena Park Residences

MANILA, Philippines -  For someone who has been playing basketball since grade school, JVee Casio obviously loves the sport.

“It’s my life,” says the 27-year-old point guard of the Alaska Aces team in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).

From a career that included a stint in the De La Salle University Green Archers and Gilas Philippine national team, basketball also gave the No. 1 PBA draft pick in 2011 the means to achieve his personal goals endearing the sports to him even more. “It’s very relaxing,” says Casio. “When I look around from our balcony, it really feels refreshing because there is no pollution and it’s very peaceful.”

He adds that the Siena Park’s atmosphere and amenities benefit athletes like him.

“Basketball can be stressful because the game and practice are physical. You really get very tired so for us players, rest and relaxation are important,” he says.

Casio meets new friends or get acquainted with neighbors whenever he plays in the basketball court. Other indoor amenities include a multi-function room, audio-visual room, game room and meeting room.

“My wife’s mother celebrated her birthday at the function room,” he says.

The Property Management Office people and security guards are helpful and courteous. For the residents’ convenience, there’s a water-refilling and laundry station. The whole community is secured by a gated entrance with a guardhouse, perimeter fence and 24-hour duty security guards. The buildings have CCTV cameras in common areas and an automatic fire alarm and suppression system.  A standby power generator provides electricity during brownouts.
