The chef’s Honey Glazed Ham was a huge success when it was introduced last year, and once again, Executive Chef Romualdo Castillo sweetens up the holiday table with his home-made ham boasting of a juicy, meaty interior and crunchy, sweet crust glazed with honey. Minimally processed and free of harmful chemicals, it's perfect for family dinners, parties or gift-giving. Available at P1,200 (1.2 kg) from Dec. 1, 2014 to Jan. 4, 2015.
Seda BGC also offers Danish pastries, ensaymada, cinnamon rolls and croissants for takeaway at only P55 per piece, while Cavendish (banana) bread is P380 per loaf. Available daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. (advanced notice required).
It’s not too late to book a Christmas party in Seda BGC’s fully equipped Satin Room for up to 100 persons. Set and Buffet menus are available, with ample space for games, presentations, even dancing, and complimentary amenities as add-on treats.
For intimate events of up to 40 persons, the Straight Up roof deck bar beckons with its VIP Cocktail Party Package. It promises an enchanted evening with heavy cocktail fare and basic open bar amid Straight Up’s signature music starting off with chill, gaining in tempo as the night rolls on.
Looking for the perfect escape amid the holiday hustle and bustle? Find it in the comforts of Seda BGC. Local residents can enjoy a “Yule-Month Room Package” for overnight Deluxe Room accommodations, inclusive of breakfast for two from Dec. 1 to 30, 2014.
As an option, the “Stay-In Room Package” is a one-night special for Dec. 24 to 25, 2014. Inclusions are an overnight stay in a Deluxe Room with dinner for two persons on Christmas Eve, featuring Roasted Turkey with Stuffing, and buffet breakfast the next day.
The Christmas Eve dinner may also be enjoyed on its own for Php1,500++ per person with a buffet of appetizers and desserts and Roasted Turkey with Stuffing as the main course.
