Skincare made easy for busy women
Dear Rissa,
I find myself really busy and have no time to devote to skincare. I just remove my makeup and sleep. I know I should be using moisturizers and even anti-wrinkle creams. Can you recommend something lightweight but easy to use?
Gina
The modern woman really takes on many roles and is always on-the-go. We’ve never been busier juggling so many tasks and roles. We also live in a digital era where everything comes instantly to us. Anything we need can be accessed with a swipe or click. And so we expect the same from our beauty products.
I’m obsessed right now with micro-oils which you can find in the new Pond’s Age Miracle Intensive Wrinkle Correcting Cream. Micro-oils are the newest beauty trend — they quickly and potently moisturize and penetrate the deepest layers of the skin. Best of all, they moisturize powerfully without feeling heavy or sticky. The new Pond’s Age Miracle Intensive Wrinkle Correcting Cream also features Retinol-C which works 24 hours non-stop to fight wrinkles as you sleep. I love this brilliant beauty innovation because it works as hard as we do. It’s an easy and simple solution for busy women.

Dealing with dark spots
Dear Lucy,
I have noticed that as I grow old, I get not just wrinkles but age spots, pigmentation problems, and a lot of other signs of aging. Apparently, the skin gives away one’s age. Is there a non-invasive way of getting rid of age spots? Or at least minimize their appearance?
Lola Lita
I asked the beauty expert herself, Dr. Vicki Belo, and here is what she had to say: “Dark spots are caused by DNA damage secondary to long-term sun exposure. To get rid of these age spots, you need to use a combination of the picosure laser (available in Greenbelt and Shangri-La branches) and the ZO (Zein Obagi) creams to lighten and make skin youthful.”
I say book your appointment now. Don’t experiment. Go to an expert and see remarkable results.
