Fire hits house in Bulacao
CEBU, Philippines — A residential fire hit yesterday morning, Feb. 7, 2024, at Cabangcalan 1, Barangay Bulacao, Cebu City.
The Bureau of Fire Protection 7 (BFP-7) responded to the fire alarm, which was received at 9:24 a.m.
It started at the house owned and occupied by Analiza Coronel, a barangay councilor in Bulacao.
The fire, which was raised to first alarm, was put out at 9:55 a.m. and was not able to spread to other nearby houses.
The fire partially damaged one structure and incurred estimated damage amounting to P600,000.
There were no reports of injuries or fatalities during the incident and the BFP-7 are still conducting investigations to determine the cause of the fire.
Two families or a total of eight individuals are affected in the incident. — /ATO (FREEMAN)
