From June 10 to16, diners may feast on all-time classic Filipino favorites such as kare-kare, bagnet, crispy pata, kaldereta, and regional specialties like KBL (kadios, baboy, langka), bicol express, sinuglaw, tuna panga and many more!

It’s another wonderful Culinary Journey in celebration Filipino Independence through a spread crafted and perfected under the guidance of heritage cuisine expert Ms. Jessica Avila.
