Online Shopping for Kids' Stuff

MOMMY ON BOARD - Kristalle Garcia - The Freeman

Online shopping has been increasingly popular through the years. As a mother myself, it makes shopping very convenient for me. It saves me time - and money, since it makes it easy to look around for great deals. And the wide variety of available items amazes me!

Shopping from home gives a different kind of thrill. But with so many deals on offer for children's items, it is sometimes a challenge to determine where to start. Given the current endless list of shopping sites for stuff for the little ones, I thought it might help to share with you a few of my trusted sites:

My Sale

This is definitely one of the best sites I've tried. They offer excellent deals, on a good variety of kids' clothing from around the globe. The "product information" of each item gives a delivery time frame, so you have idea of when the item is likely to arrive. This is important information since the items are shipped from outside of the country. There's a minimum shipping and handling charge for every order; additional orders within the hour get a big discount on shipping. I have never had an issue with the delivery of my orders. Orders may also be tracked via Quantum Solutions.

Baby Outlet

This one is based in Metro Manila. This is probably one of best shopping sites where to find mainly baby accessories and stuff for children below three years old. I've found in the site almost every baby essential I need. Payment is easy - options include cash on delivery (COD), cash on pickup, bank payments, Paypal, G-Cash, Smart Money and even Western Union. They accept major credit cards as well.

Baby Shop

A friend has introduced this website to me, and so far I find their range of items substantial and even their clearance sale has an excellent choice for buyers. They ship orders quickly, within five working days - and for free for orders worth P1000 and above (except for X-Large items). They have a gift registry available, too.

Cudsly

Sometimes, the simplest layout is what attracts customers the most. The site is in pleasing colors and has everything arranged in good order. This is what egged me to look more into this shopping website the first time. Here the complete "baby gear" is available, including beds, buggies, car seats, to name a few. They sure make it almost unnecessary for busy hands-on parents to go out of the house for anything for the baby.

Zebebe

They sell the usual clothing and toiletries all right, but this site also has an interesting range of educational toys. And their items are priced lower than in the actual retail stores. I'd say they're a nice shopping site to look into, especially now that Christmas is just around the corner and there are dear kids to give gifts to.

Cash Cash Pinoy

This Philippine deal website is one of the only ones I know that has an actual "Kids" section. The deals change on a daily basis, making each day different!
