Lillard donates to PGH

MANILA, Philippines — Damian Lillard’s kindness and generosity came to fore when the NBA superstar dished out a “generous” donation to the Philippine General Hospital (PGH), which recently caught fire.

Filipina actress Yassi Pressman and Partylist Rep. Ronnie Ong spearheaded a donation drive via social media to help the tertiary state-owned hospital up on its feet.

According to News5, Lillard, a six-time NBA All-Star with the Portland Trail Blazers who visited the Philippines in 2014 and 2016, donated P1 million.
