LGBA members resume COTY race

MANILA, Philippines — The exclusive  showdown of Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association members resumes in Round 2 of the 2020 LGBA Cocker of the Year series at Pasay City Cockpit.

“For other gamefowl breeders, please prepare  for the Luzon Breeders Cup 9-Stag Derby (early bird) which will start July 6,” said LGBA president Nick Crisostomo.

More than 50 participants clash in the 3-cock elims backed by Sagupaan Superfeeds and Complexor 3000. The 4-cock final is on Feb. 8.

Mayor Rommel Romano (RVR GF), Hector Magpantay (Hammer Dewormer), Boy Tanyag (CRB) and Jimmy Junsay/Dennis Reyes/Ed Ladores/ (Team Jared Guadalupe) are LGBA members leading the series with three wins each.

RM San Vicente totes 2.5 points while Tony Antonio, Joseph Chua, Rey Magbuhos, Jimmy Junsay, Jimmy Gosiaco, Jun Sevilla, Doc Ayong Lorenzo, KMC brothers, Wilson Go, Bok de Jesus, Gerry Escalona and Rep. JB Bernos have two points.
