Cargo Movers, Tornadoes duel in PSL opener

MANILA, Philippines — F2 Logistics and Foton tangle in an early duel of the favorites today while Generika-Ayala and United Auctioneers-University of the Philippines collide at the start of the Chooks to Go-Philippine Superliga Invitational Conference at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The Cargo Movers and Tornadoes slug it out in the mainer, each raring to launch its campaign at each other’s expense even as UA-UP makes its much-anticipated debut against Generika-Ayala at 4 p.m.

Meanwhile, an Indonesian-inspired opening ceremony will usher in the start of the mid-season conference sponsored by Isuzu, UCPB Gen and SOGO Hotel with ESPN5, Hyper HD and Aksyon TV as broadcast partners with Senoh, Asics, Mikasa, Mueller and Grand Sport as technical sponsors.
