WATCH: Kiefer Ravena works on hops in Texas Legends practice

MANILA, Philippines – Kiefer Ravena continues to grind it out in practice with the NBA D-League’s Texas Legend, which enlisted him as a “developmental player.”

The Filipino basketball prospect took to Instagram to show off his vertical leap. In a video, he is seen performing a tomahawk slam dunk off a bounce.

A voice can be heard in the background praising Ravena.

"I know that man is a star. Famous Kiefer," said the speaker, presumably the one who captured the video.

The 23-year-old Ravena is currently in the US to pursue his NBA dream, even playing without compensation for the Legends.

As a developmental player, he is not a full-time member of the roster but is allowed to train full time with the team.
