Jalandoon, Martinez pace ABC monthly
MANILA, Philippines - Denis Jalandoon of We Konstruct rolled a six-game series of 1315 to pocket the Group I crown while Ricky Martinez of Concrete Ventures topped Group 2 with an 1131 in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championship at E Lanes Center in Ortigas Ave., Greenhills last week.
Ryan Jalandoon of Crown Pipes Supreme made 1295, Hermie Prudente of Boysen Wallguard had 1215 while Jimmy Ocampo of Duraflex THW Wires scored 1210 to finish second, third and fourth, respectively, in Group I in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.
Michael Domingo of American Wires submitted 1199, Bert Magsakay of Emerald Pipes turned in 1035 and Greg Mare of Concrete Ventures made 1020 to place second, third and fourth, respectively, in Group 2.
The tournament, backed by ABC Phils., Atlanta Pipes, JS Alvarez Electrical Contractor, Philflex Wires and Cables, Firefly-Royu, HCG Phils., Steeltech, Boysen Acrytex/Perlecente/Healthy Homes, Moldex Pipes, Colorsteel, Duraflex THHN/TW Wires, Nation Paints and La Vida Verde, resumes at 7 tonight with the holding of Sponsors Cup, positioning also at E Lanes.
