“It may grab the headlines, in Facebook likes, to spin the Resorts World tragedy as terrorism but that does not… with the evidence that we now have and it only feeds of itong international ano po, groups like ISIS is behind… it claims credits po”, pahayag ni Abella.

Sa panig naman ni AFP Spokesman Brig. Gen.

“The pronouncements of this group do not corroborate the facts on the ground. As it is, the RW (Resorts World) incident has the signature of a criminal act that needs deeper investigation to ascertain the real motive behind (it),”  pahayag ni Padilla bilang reaksyon  sa pagyayabang ng ISIS na isa sa mga fighters nila ang nasabing gunman base sa ipinalabas ng Amaq News Agency.

“As in previous incidents, this group is prone to claim and admit every criminal incident and label it as its own, clearly indicative of its pure penchant for propaganda,”  ayon pa kay Padilla.
