French newspaper tinawag si Duterte na ‘serial killer’
MANILA, Philippines – Dahil sa inilunsad na giyera kontra illegal drugs ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ay tinawag ito ng isang French paper na “serial killer”.
Kaya’t kinastigo ito ng Malacañang at sinabi na iresponsable ang nasabing artikulo.
“It’s irresponsible the way they have termed it and the way they have carelessly used this word and their media power to paint the Philippines in such a way,” ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Ernesto Abella.
Wika pa ni Abella, walang kinalaman ang gobyerno sa extra judicial killings na nagaganap sa bansa dahil mahigpit ang tagubilin ni Pangulong Duterte na sundin ang batas.
“For the longest time kasi, hindi siya (drugs) binigyang pansin, binigyang-tuon. Ngayon, napakalaki na so drastic measures have to be taken for drastic situations. But we appreciate the President, lagi niyang sinasabi, kahit very colorful ‘yung language niya, na in practice, everything has to be done with regularity,” paliwanag pa ng tagapagsalita ng Malacañang.
