PSE-iAcademy launches 4th run of certified securities specialist program

MANILA, Philippines - The PSE and iAcademy School of Continuing Education are launching the 4th Run of the PSE-iAcademy Certified Securities Specialist Course (CSSC) on Monday, Feb. 10.

The certification program is comprised of 136 classroom hours divided into three weekly sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6 to 9 p.m. over 16 weeks. Classes are held at the iAcademy campus on Ayala Avenue, directly across from the PSE. The program starts on Feb. 10 for a learning investment of P55,000. Aside from the courses, there will also be a review & mock exam and a comprehensive exam. Participants who pass the exam will earn the privilege of being Certified Securities Specialists.

We encourage the following individuals to attend this program: financial planners/advisors, chief financial officers, investors and leaders and other professionals interested in the financial markets.

The program was designed by a group of notable professors and market practitioners with the goal of financial literacy for those who are interested in and involved in the markets. As such, the curriculum covers a diverse range of 15 subjects, including: Financial Excel, Quantitative Methods of Finance, Valuation, Fundamental & Technical Analysis, Raising Capital in the Capital Markets and Securities Regulation.
