Robinsons Land, MMDA team up for Pandacan park

MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Land has formalized a memorandum of agreement with the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) for the development of a senior citizens’ park and pet park at Plaza Azul in Pandacan, Manila.

The partnership reinforces Robinsons Land’s commitment to creating inclusive and community-centered public spaces. The real estate developer provided park installations and specialized pet amenities designed to offer a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for senior citizens, pet owners and their fur companions.

The enhanced park serves as a shared space where families, residents and pet enthusiasts can gather, socialize and engage in recreational activities that promote health and well-being.
