Fake dentist nabbed in Batangas

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — A jobless man offering dental services through social media was arrested by the Philippine National Police-Anti-Cybercrime Group (ACG) during a sting in Malvar, Batangas on Jan. 22.
ACG chief Brig. Gen. Wilson Asueta said the man, identified only as Jom, had no dental background and learned the procedure only by watching videos on social media.
