Suspect in Tondo stray bullet incident nabbed

MANILA, Philippines — Police arrested on Monday the suspect in a stray bullet incident that killed a woman during a Christmas party last year in Tondo, Manila.

Bingber Kyle Enaje, 24, is a member of the Batang City Jail gang, Mayor Isko Moreno said.

An informant saw Enaje brandishing a gun and looking for a fight in Barangay 118, Moreno said, citing a report from the Manila Police District’s Raxabago station.

Enaje will be charged with homicide, alarm and scandal as well as illegal gun possession, Moreno said.

Also killed by a stray bullet during a Christmas Eve party in Barangay 120 was Reyan Policarpio, according to reports.
