President Marcos declared the holiday for the celebration of the 153rd founding anniversary of the town.

MANILA, Philippines — Today is a special non-working day in Montalban, Rizal.

President Marcos declared the holiday for the celebration of the 153rd founding anniversary of the town.

The declaration was made through Proclamation 515 signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on April 8.

 “It is but fitting and proper that the people of the municipality of Montalban be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration,” the proclamation read.
