CIDG spokesperson Lt. Col. Marissa Bruno said the special investigation task group is finalizing its complaint against the suspects.

Six of the suspects are security personnel of the Manila Arena while two are still unidentified.

Interior Secretary Eduardo Año said police found that the sabungeros  were last seen around the arena.

The cases are in connection with the alleged kidnapping of siblings Marlong and James Baccay, John Claude Inonog, Mark Joseph Velasco, Rondel Cristorum and Rowel Gomez, all from Bulacan.

Investigators said they have a witness who identified the suspects as among the persons who forced the cockfight enthusiasts into a van. – Romina Cabrera
