Drug suspect killed in sting

CABANATUAN CITY, Philippines — A drug suspect was killed in an anti-drug operation in Nueva Ecija yesterday morning.

Denmark Flora allegedly drew his gun after sensing that he was dealing with police undercover agents in Barangay Sapang Kawayan, Science City of Muñoz.

The officers retaliated, killing Flora at the scene.

Probers said they recovered from the suspect a handgun, grenade, phone, marked money and a motorcycle as well as  plastic sachets containing shabu with an estimated value of P26,800 and dried marijuana leaves.
