3 bodies found in Isabela

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – The bodies of three men believed to be victims of summary execution were found in separate areas in Isabela on Friday.

Two of the victims were identified as Arnold Valle, 36, and his brother, Jeffrey, 35.

Superintendent Manuel Bringas, Ilagan City police chief, said Arnold’s body was found in Barangay Bliss Village in Ilagan City.

Jeffrey’s body and another identified as Clifford de la Cruz were recovered in Barangays Dangan and Santor in Reina Mercedes town, respectively.

Police are investigating the killings.
