Marawi police chief’s slay work-related

MARAWI CITY, Philippines – The killing of this city’s police chief was work-related, officials said Monday, citing police operations that resulted in the neutralization of at least three local drug leaders in recent weeks.

Superintendent Al Abner Wahab Santos was driving his Mitsubishi Montero when armed men shot him in Barangay Luksa Datu here on Saturday.
