Dead baby fished out of Tullahan River

MANILA, Philippines - A dead baby was fished out of the Tullahan River in Malabon City during heavy rains yesterday afternoon.

A scavenger looking for scraps near the river found the infant floating at around 12:30 p.m., the city public information office said.

Police were trying to locate the parents of the baby.
