Peddler in Talisay shot dead

CEBU, Philippines - A 20-year-old man who sold “chicharon” was shot dead by two unidentified men yesterday dawn in Rabaya Street, barangay Tabunok, Talisay City.

SPO4 Daniel Tarucan and PO3 Roelito Tano identified the victim as Dominador Tabay Jr., of sitio Mananga I, Tabunok, Talisay.

Tabay sustained a gunshot wound on the left side of his neck and on the left side of his body.

Tabay was taken to the Talisay City District Hospital but declared dead upon arrival.

Police said Tabay was on his bicycle when two men on a motorcycle fired at him.  (FREEMAN)
