The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines — Ayala Healthcare Holdings Inc. (AC Health) has unveiled the new Healthway Qualimed Hospital San Jose del Monte brand in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

The event comes after the unveiling of the Healthway QualiMed Hospital Santa Rosa signage signaling the launch of Healthway Medical Network (HMN). The series of unveilings marks the integration of all AC Health’s hospitals and clinics under the Healthway Medical Network brand.

Apart from the integration of the Healthway Medical Network, patients will also benefit from the AC Health ecosystem, which encompasses various health care touchpoints such as pharma and digital health. Other subsidiaries of AC Health include Generika Drugstore, IE Medica and MedEthix, and KonsultaMD in partnership with Globe’s 917 Ventures.

The new brand of AC Health’s Healthway Medical Network comes with a promise to deliver “Care Beyond Cure” anchored on “Connected Care Circles,” Healthway’s innovative model of care.

“Care Beyond Cure” is HMN’s promise to provide human-centric care, not just addressing the patient’s medical wellness but his overall well-being. The “Connected Care Circles” offer high-quality and connected health care services where patients are managed by a multidisciplinary health care team, ensuring coordinated care throughout the entire patient journey.

Healthway Philippines president and CEO Jaime Ysmael said care delivery is anchored on evidenced-based global and local best practices to ensure consistently excellent clinical outcomes and patient experience. “The model focuses on providing value for patients through cost-effective packages that consider the full cycle of care.”

AC Health president and CEO Paolo Borromeo said the unveiling of the Healthway Medical Network signifies more than a mere name change. “It represents our unwavering dedication to providing compassionate, coordinated care that is always patient-first.”

Ayala Corp. chairman Jaime Augusto Zobel De Ayala said the pandemic highlighted the importance of investing in people’s health and well-being.

“At Ayala, this commitment remains stronger than ever. We believe that every Filipino deserves access to quality healthcare and we are committed to help make this a reality.”
