MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration on Wednesday said that Marilou Danley, the alleged companion of the Las Vegas shooter left the country on Tuesday evening.

Ma. Antonette Mangrobang, bureau spokesperson, said that Danley left the country at 5:56 p.m. on Tueday for Los Angeles, California onboard Philippine Airlines flight PR102.

“Basta she left via terminal PAL flight to LA,” Mangrobang said.

Mangrobang added that the BI received information that Danley arrived at the Los Angeles International airport at 10 a.m. Wednesday (Manila time.)

The BI said all the information regarding Danley has been relayed to the US Department of Homeland Security and Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Danley was identified by the police as the companion of 64-year-old gunman Stephen Paddock. She was initially a person of interest in the Las Vegas shooting that left at least 59 people dead and injured more than 500 others on October 1.

The alleged Filipino-Australian was cleared by the authorities after determining that she was out of the country during the shooting incident.

On Wednesday however, Sheriff Joseph Lombardo said the FBI was bringing back Danley to the US for questioning as investigators try to determine the motive of Paddock.
