John Lloyd Cruz reportedly got ‘too weird’ for Ellen Adarna
MANILA, Philippines — Sexy star Ellen Adarna has reportedly split up and fallen out of love with partner John Lloyd Cruz because he allegedly became “too weird” for her.
According to a report by TV5’s MJ Marfori last Thursday, Ellen allegedly told a friend that she broke up with the actor because she cannot anymore withstand his “weirdness.”
The actress has reportedly found the actor too eccentric that she requested a Temporary Protection Order to keep John Lloyd away from her and son Elias Modesto.
Reports said the celebrity couple’s relationship has been on the rocks even before Elias’ birthday last month. After their son’s birthday, the two allegedly agreed to just keep a co-parenting relationship for their son’s sake.
In one of his recent Instagram posts, John Lloyd appeared to have posted a photo of Elias and himself seemingly sporting a new haircut.
The image, though, shows a man and a baby with their backs turned away from the camera as they viewed an artwork. The post has been captioned “hbd pox,” and might be referring to his birthday greeting for his son.
According to Pilipino Star Ngayon entertainment editor Salve Asis’ “super reliable source," Ellen just woke up one day realizing that she no longer wants to be with the “One More Chance” star.
Ellen was last seen vacationing in Bangkok, Thailand with Elias. She was also with her pal and “Kadenang Ginto” star Beauty Gonzalez and the actress' daughter, including good friend Vito Selma.
John Lloyd, on the other hand, was reportedly in Vietnam while Ellen spent the time away in Thailand.
The two have been on showbiz hiatus since 2017 and have not confirmed reports about their relationship and split.
